Mark Davies & Associates Ltd is a boutique firm of Chartered Tax Advisers based in London. The company was established in 2007 to focus on the cross border movement of individuals and their capital and to provide tax advice on complex investments and structures, particularly those involving offshore trusts and companies.

We provide creative and bespoke tax solutions to individuals, their companies and families in order to reduce and manage their exposure to taxes legitimately.  Our work often involves advising on non-UK structures such as offshore trusts and foundations, companies, private investment funds and partnerships.  We also advise offshore trustees on the UK tax implications for UK resident beneficiaries and help them with their UK compliance obligations.

I have over 20 years of experience working in international tax, and I hold the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (having been awarded a distinction for excellence across all three examination papers).  I specialise on the relocation of clients into the UK, looking at personal tax planning for their personal affairs whilst ensuring that our advice also considers the implications of their relocation on the client’s international structures and business interests.  This enables us to provide holistic tax planning to clients, whilst ensuring that their non-UK interests are maintained tax efficiently.

Our fees for tax returns start from £1,250 plus VAT and our typical tax return fee is around £2,000 plus VAT.  Advisory fees are based on the complexity of the work involved and typically range from £1,500 plus VAT to around £5,000 plus VAT for a typical enquiry. Each piece of work is priced individually and depends on the complexity involved - the fees quoted above are indicative only.
