We cater for all size, type and scale of projects from £150K upwards anywhere in UK or Overseas (Tax Depreciation/Cost Segregation).  Clients include FTSE350 & FTSE100 corporates to large independent property investors, developers and occupiers right through to SME businesses - a typical cross section include: care/nursing homes, car dealerships, FHLs, pubs, hotels restaurants, sports arena/stadia, research facilities, offices, factories, agri/chem plants and doctors/dental surgeries.  With offices in London, Southampton & Bournemouth, we operate throughout the UK with projects from Aberdeen to Truro as well as significant Non Resident Landlord experience - from Channel Islands, Isle of Man & various International tax jurisdictions. 

I have a very wide range of project credentials in ALL property Sectors and can undertake specialist project expenditure analyses - largely on contingent fees based upon % of allowances/tax savings, lump sum fixed fees or ad hoc advice, or second opinions, on hourly rates, or part thereof.  Also experienced in project viability workshops, design audits, and dispute resolution - whether client pursuing negligent advice or HMRC Enquiries, investigation & negotiations.  Expert witness support to advise clients and their legal team in Litigation cases on tax savings under claimed, lost or missed!  Alun is also a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) accredited Mediator.
