RICS and ATT qualified, 5 Star Google rated taxation allowances surveyor with a 100% Success Rate of helping clients claim Capital Allowances and Land Remediation Relief
Thanks for coming to my page.
My name is Alan from Cavetta Consulting, and I have 26 years of tax experience (16 years as a capital allowances surveyor). Suppose you have a business property that you own or lease and use in your business. In that case, there may be an opportunity to use the value of the fixtures and fittings in your building to reduce your tax bill by thousands of pounds significantly. In addition, the cash flow benefits of our services provide taxpayers further opportunities to invest in their business or reward themselves or their staff.
You will be financially better off by using our services, or there is no fee.
We do not look for tax relief that an accountant can find; instead, we value the tax relief in commercial property that is not on an invoice. These situations arise when individuals and companies purchase a commercial property or have used a builder to construct, refurbish or fit out a property. Instead of a detailed breakdown, a builder will usually provide you with a single-line quote that your accountant finds impossible to extract the value of the tax-deductible items from.
If there are barriers to claiming capital allowances, such as a lack of information, I can help you overcome them.
If you book an initial call with me, and I will see an opportunity for you to claim then we can explore it further. If I do not see an opportunity, or if I think that with some minor tweaks that your accountant can deal with it, I will tell you.
We don't do an exercise unless we can add value.
Following that call, I will assess whether you can make a claim and viable for you. Then, if feasible, we will carry out all due diligence, survey your property, deal with any information deficits and give you a valuation to include your tax return. It is that simple.
If HMRC has any further questions, we will be with you to answer them.
If you would like to have an initial chat, don't hesitate to contact me. There is no daft question when it comes to claiming capital allowances. If you have a question, I can help you answer it.
I look forward to helping answer your question.
