Good point agreed
There is a lot of work out there explaining the new pension contributions cap rather like the Higher Income child benefit charge. Just anecdotally I reckon half of unrepresented taxpayers with this issue are omitting it from their tax returns or getting it wrong.
Is it really reasonable to expect them to read and understand all this?
