I got an identically worded email from ‘Justyna’ this morning, although from a different email address and not via TAN. I suspect there are a lot more emails out there. I didn’t like the look of it from the outset and I certainly won’t be wasting my time on it. Others can, of course, take their own views on whether it is genuine or not.
