• An area which we excel is property taxation, we help clients and accountants with number of scenarios. They include Incorporations of property portfolios which have end to end solutions that includes capital gains tax, Stamp Duty Land Tax, Financing and Inheritance tax planning including family investment companies
• We can help you with advice around structuring your property investments and amending current structures to be tax efficient
• Stamp duty land tax, we can give you advice and make claims where your solicitor may not have the expertise
• We also do capital allowance claims for commercial; holiday furnish let and service accommodation properties which can lead to vast savings. Please note there are time limits for properties purchased post April 2014 and always get this advice ahead of completing the transaction. 
• We also do R&D tax credit for trading businesses
• Lastly, but not least, we have advance knowledge of how SSAS pensions work with trading and investment business which can minimise income, corporation, capital gains and inheritance tax. Please note normally you will need to be a limited company director to benefit from this.
