What does it cost me to use this site?
Nothing. At least for the moment. You can use our search facilities and you can contact our members to discuss how they can help your clients.
What will it cost to deal with the tax advisers?
Each adviser is in business on their own account. Each adviser will advise you of their rates and terms of business when you speak to them. If you or your client choose to engage one this will be a private contract and the Tax Advice Network will not be a party to it.
How much advice can I expect to get from an adviser?
It's more likely that advice will be provided directly to your client although you're welcome to discuss outline issues with our advisers. Like you though they have to satisfy themselves as to the identity of new clients before they can give material advice. They will also want to ensure that they will be paid for any valuable advice they provide.
You can search and find local tax experts using our list of over 30 tax specialisms or the search bar on the home page of this site.
When you 'search' the system will identify tax advisers who can help you. You can then check out the tax advisers' profiles, photos, ratings, testimonials and articles. And then you call or email your chosen tax adviser using the contact details on their profiles. Whatever approach best suits you.
Who are the tax adviser members of this network?
They each have at least ten years tax experience and have undertaken to abide by our terms of business which include an obligation to provide certain key information on their profiles to assist you in deciding who to contact.
What if I just want some simple telephone advice?
Whilst you're welcome to contact any of our members to discuss your tax issue, you may find it more convenient to use our tax advice helpline and pay a fixed fee (currently £28.75 incl VAT) for the call.
Are there any membership options for IFAs?
Full details of the additional benefits, facilities and options for Silver plus, Gold and Platinum membership levels are available by following this link.
If you would like to clarify any other points please 'contact us' and we'll do our best to assist.
